1 – Fill out the Quote Form.
All our clients receive a personalized proposal.
As soon as you fill out the Get a Quote form, you will receive our Customer Handbook and a link to our onboarding form. We require all our clients to answer the survey form as quick and honest as possible, this provides us a more accurate understanding of your brand and marketing goals. Once you accomplish the survey form, we will send you a proposal and arrange a time to talk (via chat or call) to discuss, collaborate and reach an agreement.
2 – Sign contract and pay.
After reaching an agreement, we will send a contract with the payment details. We require 100% up-front payment with 100% money back guarantee (see our refund policies for more details). The client has to ensure all accounts are integrated and login credentials are provided, we’re available to assist.
3 – We get going.
Strategy. We will prepare your marketing strategy and email templates in 3 days. The strategy along with the template preview will be sent to you for review. We accept revisions however they are limited (refer to contractual agreement) to protect the best interest of everyone.
Development. Upon strategy and template approval, we will proceed with the copywriting and setup of flows. This will take between 5 – 7 days. We allocate at least 1 day for quality checks.
Launch. We confirm with our client that we’re ready to launch before we go live. After we launch, we will continue to watch and monitor your growth (if add-ons are purchased).
